About us

A hub built by people who work in live television

authrova began as a small circle of directors, engineers and producers who kept being asked the same question by regional and independent studios across the UK: how do we make live television feel calm and dependable? Today we turn that experience into practical courses and on-site consultancy.

We cover the full chain of a live programme: studio equipment integration, dynamic camera techniques, acoustic optimisation, lighting setups and the production processes that hold it all together for news, interviews and live shows.

What guides every session we run

Reliability first

Every recommendation is tested against one question: will it still work when the red light is on?

Teach by doing

We train inside your own studio, with your own equipment, so skills transfer straight to air.

Plain, honest advice

You get clear priorities and fair prices, with no jargon and no unnecessary kit.

Our approach to a live broadcast

A good live show is the result of many small decisions made well in advance. We help you make them: where a camera should sit, how a room should sound, how light should fall on a guest and what the gallery does when a link drops.

Our sessions combine short theory with long practice. Crews leave with checklists, rundown templates and the confidence to run their own rehearsals long after we have gone.

Our faculty

The specialists you will work with

Our philosophy is simple: working broadcasters teach the craft they practise every week, and the team learns by doing.
