How every programme comes together

  1. 1

    Brief and studio audit

We review your formats, crew, kit and schedule to find where live risk is hiding.

  2. 2

    Integration plan

Signal flow, intercom, tally and monitoring are mapped into one clear, documented design.

  3. 3

    Hands-on rigging

Cameras, microphones and lights are set up and tuned with your team on the real studio floor.

  4. 4

    Full-length rehearsal

We run timed rehearsals with failures introduced on purpose, so nothing surprises you on air.

  5. 5

    Live support

A producer joins your first broadcasts to coach calls, cues and recovery in real time.

  6. 6

    Review and handover

FAQ

Still have questions? Visit our contact page and we will get back to you.

Who are your courses and consultancy for?

Studio crews, newsroom teams, independent producers and venues in the UK that run live or live-to-tape programmes and want dependable results.

Do you work in our own studio or at a training facility?

Both are possible. Most clients prefer on-site sessions in their own studio so that the training reflects their real equipment and room.

Can you help us integrate new equipment?

Yes. We plan signal flow, intercom, tally and monitoring, supervise the installation with your integrator and test the system with your crew.

How long does a typical programme take?

Focused workshops run for one or two days. Full studio integration and rehearsal programmes usually take two to six weeks depending on scope.

Can we start with a single topic such as lighting?

Absolutely. Every service can be booked on its own, and many clients add further topics once the first one has proven its value.

The fastest way from rehearsal to live. Period.

authrova is a specialist team for live television studios, not a one-size-fits-all training provider.
